Delivery and Sales Terms for Consumers

Here is a comprehensive overview of our delivery terms for consumers. Are you a reseller? Sales terms for resellers are available when logged in as such.

For Private Customers

Delivery Methods:

  • Small parcels (under 3 cm): Sent via PostNord.
  • Larger parcels: Usually delivered via DHL to the nearest pick-up point.
    • Provide your mobile number for SMS notifications.
    • Uncollected packages will be fully charged.
  • Bulky items: May require special handling and incur higher shipping costs.

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat rate per product group: SEK 89.
  • Bulky items: SEK 178.
  • Extra-large items (over 140 cm): Actual shipping cost applies, starting at SEK 500.
  • Note: Shipping costs are charged separately for each delivery if your order includes items with different delivery periods.

Delivery Times:

  • Spring bulbs (summer- and autumn-blooming): Delivered March–May.
  • Autumn bulbs and perennials: Delivered September–November.
  • Accessories: Delivered year-round.
  • Orders combining items from different product groups are delivered at separate times.

In-store Pickup:

  • Select in-store pickup when placing your order.
  • We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

  • Complaints: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 8 days.
  • Right of Withdrawal: A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most items, except for live plants such as bulbs and seeds or items that risk damage during handling.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition to our warehouse.

International Deliveries

  • Actual shipping costs are charged (minimum SEK 89).
  • Note: Bulbs, seeds, and perennials are not shipped outside Sweden.
  • For deliveries to Norway and countries outside the EU, customs fees and other import charges may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are charged based on actual expenses.

Special Terms for Shoe Orders

  • Exchanges are allowed within 10 days (customer pays for return shipping).
  • Sizes generally correspond to standard measurements.

For Resellers
