Order Overview – Keep Track of Your Orders
As a logged-in customer, you can easily view an overview of all your past orders. By clicking on a specific order, you will get detailed information, including all order lines and deliveries. You can also copy a past order for easier future purchases.
Quick Order – Upload Your Order with a File
To make the ordering process faster and easier, we offer the Quick Order feature. Upload a file with product information from another system to quickly create an order without manually adding each product. This saves time and makes the ordering process more efficient.
How Quick Order Works:
- Prepare your order by creating a file with product information in a format supported by our system.
- Upload the file when logged into your account and go to the order page.
- Confirm your order and complete the purchase quickly.
Update Your Customer Information
Self-Service for Certain Changes: Some of your customer details can be easily updated directly after logging into your account. Examples of details you can change yourself include your email address, phone number, and other contact information.
Assistance with Other Changes: For changes that cannot be made directly through "My Account," such as address changes or other more complex updates, we will need to assist you. Please send us an email, and we will ensure your details are updated correctly.
