If you are a reseller, you can find the detailed sales and delivery terms by logging into your account.

Payment Terms for Private Customers

We apply prepayment to ensure a fast and efficient process. You can choose to pay via:

  • Swish: For the fastest possible processing.
  • Bank Transfer: A secure alternative that is also available.

Once your order has been processed, we will send payment instructions to your provided email address. More information about payment methods will also be available on the checkout page when you log in.

All orders require prepayment.

Shipping and Delivery

  • A standard shipping fee applies to all orders. You can find details about shipping costs and fees when logged into your account.
  • Back-ordered items: Products within the same product group that are out of stock will be shipped free of charge when they become available during the ongoing season.
